how is your experience with moneyview loan recovery? i have taken 75K loan, 9emi paid. 3 emi left.. due to job loss i couldn't pay, 40 & 10 days late on 2 EMI. I am telling recovery agent about my financial situation and I'm actively looking for a job. they keep asking how i am managing my basic needs and all. Will they be calling my contact numbers?

As per RBI guidelines on recovery, no bank or nbfc or app can discuss your loan details with any family member of borrower. so legally they cannot do it. if they are threatening to do the same through mail or call, record it and write a strict mail to their customer care and grievance officer that you are sending these recording to RBI OMBUDSMAN and all media outlets and also filing a legal case for compensation due to mental harrasment

First of all send an email to there Grievance team copying RBI OMBUDSMAN you will fine the email on Google stating of harrassment and may it be fake and tell that the Moenyview agents has contacted people in your contact list and then ask for compensation for defamation, then tell them about your situation and ask for time.... trust me they will stop bothering you, But please make sure if you are asking time clear the payment within that time....

As with me they dont call to my contact list people but they will come to your *** have the same financial issue..i took loan from them and still some months emi left.

they are worst and they may call to your contacts better file a case against them and send legal notice
