  perhaps you purchase a subscription from gana app by mistake. Either cancel it or use it until the pack got expired. As I can see the payment has been initiated from your side. Ask your family of they pressed something unknowingly which leads to the payment if they use your phone.

  you must have taken a subscription by mistake..... Cancel it from playstore, phonpe or gaana app.....if you don't need.... also you can use it till the paid amount now & then discontinue immediately
