@myntra scam

I had ordered a shirt but received different product a called customer service and escalation both try to prove that they have sent the right product... attached images...have a open delivery proof audio and video of the delivery agent which I'm not able to attach.

I also faced this issue in myntra two years back. Delivery boy didnt wanted to return , fearing Myntra will charge him. And myntra care team said product was sent correct. 😔
