He scammed her out for just over R5500 by asking her to transfer the money to herself as an e-wallet.

This is a scam business they say they provide a loan but they don't in their app it might show you have been give a loan but that's not the case and they start sending annoying messages to pay back something they didn't give you in the first place

BAIZED ISLAM1 month agoA fake DB police officer commits fraud. He cleverly takes permanent and temporary addresses. He calls from other numbers and threatens by saying there is a case against you. He scares by saying a notice will be sent to your name at the police stationভুয়া ডিবি পুলিশের পরিচয়ে প্রতারণা করে। সুকৌশলে স্থায়ী অস্থায়ী ঠিকানা নিয়ে নেয়। এবং অন্যান্য নাম্বার দিয়ে কল দিয়ে মামলা হয়েছে বলে ভয় দেখায়। আপনার নামে নোটিশ পাঠানো হবে থানায় বলে ভয় দেখায়।সে আসলে কোনও পুলিশের লোক নয়।
