Just inform your contacts about the situation; you can ask them not to respond and to report the WhatsApp profiles from which they receive the information. They cannot harm you physically or legally, so don't worry about them coming to your home—they won't do that either. However, they can bother your contacts, but other than that, it's just spam messages and calls.

Don't be afraid, these are the classic "collection maneuvers" which are already illegal if someone is threatening you. Don't answer and block or use Truecaller to send calls and messages from unknown numbers to spam...
