Northafrican number calls almost everyday

Hi, for the past 3 months this wierd number calls me and once amswered he hangs up immediately, gsm call, whatsapp calls any possible common way, he is trying to do something, but I have no idea, suspecting of zero touch attack, but got no prove of it, any idea guys?
