not getting any way

I took lot of 15 days loans with heavy interest , started with just 1800rs paid 3000 in 7 days, then started to take from another apps this was a cycle for me, take a loan from app repay to another continued till I went to 150000rs, now I m stucked up, can't able to repay getting lot threating calls I'm avoiding it, calling my reference numbers and threatening then with loads of abusive language, gaali in Hindi everything, how to deal with please help out
