Can anyone tell me is this message which I am getting from many days is genuine or not. If yes tell me how to clear this claim? I checked in Google and it's telling that it's not genuine one.

This dude has social media accounts especially TikTok pretending to be advertising his rentals which doesn't exist. Later they lure you and later find out the house doesn't exist, it's all scam
