notification messages

it's apparent to me that not a lot of people in South Africa knows how the bulk notification service works. in short this service and specifically the numbers from which you recieve an sms isn't allocated to any one company, you could recieve an update from an courier service today and tomorrow there could be a notification from an bank or any other business from the same number which is annoying and I wish companies could be allocated there own number so that we could start better identifying valid and potential fraudulent numbers.
