Numbers coming from spoof machine.

Regular phone numbers that are not in my contacts. Are being spoofed by a machine? So my phone won't detect them. Is there any way I can detect those numbers coming from a spoof and block em before they hit my phone.! I really need some help on this. Topic, I got forty five calls before lunch today. The regular numbers are scams, but it doesn't come up scams. What should I do. thank you!
