Online Plant Seller Scam – No Delivery, No Refund

I ordered plants from a seller named “Gardening Centre” through a Facebook advertisement. The order was placed on December 2nd, and I was promised delivery within a few days. After placing the order, I received a tracking number, but there was no real update or movement. Even after waiting for more than 20 days, I did not receive the product. I contacted the seller multiple times via WhatsApp. Initially, they responded saying they would check and update, but after that, they stopped giving proper responses. Despite repeated follow-ups and requests, the product was never delivered. I also asked for a refund, but the seller neither refunded the amount nor provided any proper explanation. They kept delaying and eventually stopped responding. This appears to be a scam where they run ads on Facebook, collect money, and then neither deliver the product nor refund the customer. I request others to be cautious and avoid purchasing from this seller.
