otp scam

I have been scammed by a random account. My little brother had the phone and he clicked on this so-called OTP. They took 10 thousand rupees from my bank account, and cyber crime is not picking up the phone because it's been hacked. I'm posting this on the only social platform that has not been hacked, so please help me, guys.
