I ordered 100 kg raw material with 1500 advance he told with in four days product will be delivered but called and asked for LR no when I asked the purchaser He told clear the bill then I can give the number. I thought fine and I paid but. later he gave me the number I forwarded it to the transport person. after the days both numbers are not existing
