Pay for a parcel, which i did not order!!!

There was a call from Amazon telling there is a delivery, but I don't remember inordered anything. but then I thought that might be some one sent and then I said okay, they asked OTP and I got one but did not look like from Amazon then they told to pay the money from the link sent. but then I did not. Is this a scam? Did anyone fave this issue??
