phone hacked through instragram ad app and money debited all

I was scrolling in instagram and then a ad shows to download GB TV app to see netflix movie and prime amazon movie all together in one app for minimum charge then I downloaded it , then I don't know my phone got hacked and I had done a payment In google pay to someone then my phone shows automatically system update and black screen after 5 mins phone opened and when I checked mu balance all my balance are gone then I complaint in near cyber crime police station but it's no processing I don't know whether I can get my balance or not .
