please you guys should be careful of this app

Hello, I am contacting you to formally dispute a loan associated with my name and phone number. I would like you to provide clear evidence that I personally applied for and received this loan. Please provide the following information: 1. A copy of my loan application and the date it was made. 2. The exact loan amount allegedly disbursed. 3. The bank name and account number (at least the last four digits) to which the money was transferred. 4. Proof of payment or bank transfer receipt, including the transaction [TXN_ID]. 5. The date and time the loan was disbursed. I want to verify whether this loan was actually collected by me because I do not recognize this transaction. Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide the necessary evidence. Thank you.
