We Ordered some Rajputi Poshak from Villagers Trends We placed the order after consulting a website called Villagers. They sent us the design, and We liked the design and placed an order; they told us we would receive the outfits (Rajputi lehengas) within 15–20 days. However, when we followed up after 20 days, there was no reply.We kept trying persistently; they have a website where we registered a complaint, and we made numerous calls as well. They kept promising to process the refund—saying "we'll do it today" or "we'll do it tomorrow"—but despite placing the order back in April 2026, neither has the payment been returned nor have the uniforms been received. We even visited the address in Rajasthan that was listed, but that address turned out to be incorrect... Villagers Trends. Note :- I am sending a screenshot from the communication I had with them.

I'm sorry this happened to you. This is exactly why people should never trust social media advertisements blindly. Always verify the seller by checking genuine customer reviews on multiple platforms, confirming the business address, GST details, and contact information before placing an order. Also, avoid paying the full amount in advance, especially to unknown sellers. If a seller offers Cash on Delivery (COD), first inspect the package (where the courier allows it). Only after you're satisfied should you share the OTP (if required) and make the payment to the delivery person. Never share the OTP before receiving and verifying the parcel. A little verification can save you from losing both your money and your peace of mind. Stay safe and spread awareness
