no when the milk's mrp is 35 YOU WILL GIVE HIM 35 AND HE WILL TAKE 35 , you can now legally take action against him if you have a cctv footage or maybe you recorded that , it looks like he's a small general store shopkeeper or owner , and was trying to take advantage of you as a kid , please take legal action tell adults , these people need to be taken care of
