Property Ad has been given and received a call as Village Revenue Officer

We have a Property and an Ad has been given to sell property. We received a call saying he was Village Revenue Officer from a nearby village and enquired about the property for his friend. He said his friend is very much interested and will buy and get it register in a month. He said that some documents were missing and asked us to make a payment as he himself is a VRO, he will handle it. 4500/- scam was the ultimate result.
