always get these random phone calls or text messages it's been happening for years never can find out who they are but they always know everything about me . they call from different numbers some of them are even verified. anyone else experienced this?

I have this happen all the time but for a while it was my ex and his psycho sluts harassing me. I got a reverse phone look up account to check them all now and protection with a call filter via my carrier. it helps but now I struggle with getting calls from places I need to hear from. The Google AI assistant to verify call for you has been incredible though. if you can't tell an ai who you are and why your calling then you should be calling me, or if they are a company that can't be recorded but feel it's okay to record you, they won't say anything and I don't have to deal with their sketch butts either. I wish they had it for texts

I had a threatening calls from one particular phone number. I looked it up and it's coming from a orthopedic office i don't understand.
