It's with every customer . i had loan n 3 emi pending . emi date is 1st of every month . not possible for me to pay on that day . i paid them once my salary credited in my acct . it's on or before 15 th of Every month. paid total amount along with the Overdue Charges. infrom them everything with all valid documents for proof for Date of Salary. still they r sending message like that . only Want to Disturb customer mentally .

dont worry. it's normal protocol. tell them that you always pay by 15th and they can check your previous records. dont worry. it's very much standard procedure.

Don't Worry No one comes home, they will send you such messages every day, today at 12 o'clock, tomorrow they are coming at 4 o'clock so that you go to the door.
