Refund of payment for a microtome

I have ordered for a hand microtome in an app called Jewel Panda. It costed me ₹1,349 for that. When I have placed the order first time, the payment went through GPay, but the website said payment has failed. Trusting the page, I paid again, then it said transaction [TXN_ID]. Then I see in my GPay that the same money has gone twice. When I go to this website's contact page, everything is there except the contact number. Its been three days since I've sent refund request. I haven't even got the reply. This website's mainoffice claims to he from Chennai. I have the screenshots of my payment. I don't even know if this is a fraud site. My product is expected to arrive on 8th June. I don't even know if it will come. Please ask them to return back the extra 1349 Rs. paid. In case I am cheated with some dope product, I will file a case using cyber crime, and sue the website makers. Kindly help me.
