ResearchAyu Fraud case. Beware before treatment
Beware of my experience with ResearchAyu Shahdara Clinic. My mother visited for a consultation. When we asked about treatment costs, the staff refused to disclose them, saying the doctor would explain later. After the consultation, my mother was pressured into starting treatment immediately and only then informed of the high cost. Despite repeatedly stating that we had come only for consultation and did not have that amount of money, the staff continuously pushed us to pay on the spot through EMI, card, or UPI. Under pressure, ₹10,000 was collected from us. No bill or receipt was provided, and now the clinic is not providing the treatment for which the payment was taken. Patients deserve transparency, informed consent, and respectful treatment—not pressure tactics and hidden costs.
