Retail seller impersonation for delivery charges and fake refunds

I am a housewife in jaipur..few days ago I ordered 2 suits online from a retail seller(karishma textile mall) in rs. 1200 and free shipping..after 2-3 days I got a call and they said we will deliver your order when you pay 900 for delivery charge..then I call to the owner..and tell him that why should I pay delivery charge..I asked him to refund my money..he assure me that he will pay my money back..then he asked to send my money on phone pe by credit card..he asked to share my phonepe screen..then I found something doubtful and then I deny for share screen..and when I call him again he block my no...please be careful like the fraud sellers on internet..
