ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SCAM
I bought a car in February 18 2026 , and after delivery I got several call out of which was A RSA from renault company, saying that 15 years RSA will be provided but you need to activate the card which will be sent through courier and only after payment and activation RSA will be initiated. As a first time car buyer, I didn't knew these kinds of spams and frauds.. I paid 3500 got the card and after reviewing their site and reviews by other people I got to know that I've been scammed, I called them back but their way of talking changed. I filed a case in consumer grievance cell.. called 1930 , filed a complaint at SBI but no response from anything, I came to know that they impersonated themselves as renault RSA but were a private 3rd party naming "THE BREAKDOWN SERVICE" I left hope and let the paperwork do the work. I believed that it will be recovered but I got message that the cases has been disposed. by the time it got disposed it was already may 29 so I called the RSA person saying that I filed a refund but didn't get its already 90 days.. she said itll take another 15 days for processing and file work then only money will be refunded. after 10 days I call it was june 10th called them around 10-15 times daily yet no positive response they just asked for more time.. thinking that I'll give up on calling them. on 11 june again I called sending them my qr code and upi id and got in a frustrating argument again n again.. then they sent the money deducting 1000 rs. saying that was a courier fee ps. just for that puny cheap card.. and I recieved 2500
