Don't enter the call where rupees are deducted, brother. How can I do it?

I called the number [PHONE] from the menu, and someone from Mahindra company spoke to me. They said they would give a discount on a set cover for the car, charging 8000/- but I paid 4000/- via Google Pay. They said a person would come home and do the fitting. It's been 4 years now since I called, but when I call now, they say to return the money. The person is asking for the money back.
