scam and scammer everywhere

I ordered a handbag from Luxsova and opted for Cash on Delivery (COD). However, I was informed that I had to make a partial advance payment of ₹1,200 to confirm the COD order, and I paid it. The remaining ₹3,000 was to be paid upon delivery. Today, I received the package, but the handbag is nothing like the one I ordered. Instead, I received a very cheap-quality bag that isn't even worth ₹200. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I expect a full refund of the amount I paid or the correct product to be delivered immediately.This version is firm, professional, and clearly explains the issue.
