Scam at hotels in Ajmer

I got scammed at a hotel in ajmer, named Hotel Malikat. At the time of room bookings the Lift was kept on and at the time after I checked in the lift was kept off. except that first they said there's hot water in room and later there was no hot water in room. had to collect it from ground floor. I will suggest never book room with them.
