Scammed by someone appearing to be an ICICI Bank Exexcutive

I had shown interest in Emerald Card and I got a call from this guy representing ICICI and offering me an upgrade on the card provided a lower my outstanding by 1 lakh. That itself was a trigger but I was confident that without OTP he won't be able to use my card. However be managed to do it. I was lucky I got a call from ICICI Bank transaction [TXN_ID] team and they blocked the card. The scammer called me from 78109 31143
