SCAMMED OF INR 7,500 BY AN NBFC LOAN APP

I applied for a loan of INR 1 lakh through this app, and they asked me to pay certain charges before disbursal. They clearly stated that these charges would be refundable if I cancelled the loan before the amount was disbursed. I cancelled the loan as I was not willing to proceed, but I have still not received my refund. The app mentioned that the refund process would take 2–3 days, but it has now been over 2 months with no resolution. The support email provided by the app is completely unresponsive. I then checked the company details and found that the NBFC mentioned was Growmore Finance Pvt. Ltd. I contacted them through the email available on their official website, but instead of addressing my concern, I received an abusive and unprofessional response. I have all the proof of payment, transaction details, and communication records as evidence. At this point, I am not concerned about the refund amount. I want proper action to be taken against such fraudulent practices so that other people do not fall victim to the same scam.
