  good choice not clicking the link, that's basically the 'hook'.. especially if it's a company you don't recognise, do a web search etc first. little bit concerning they already know your account number tho.. i suggest you pay close attention to your account and phone atm, check phones security and also consider who sold your personal info and could know you account number most likly a resent new app or from a recent purchasekeep as much important and personal data on a removable drive (as card or USB etc) if there is no data on a phone then even if hacked they cant take anything important. Also makes it easier too reset too last backup or even factory. knowing the only thing you can lost is apps which can be reinstalled daily enough and reconnectedg you profiles since all passwords/keys etc were save.

  Private loan companies *** NBFC authorised by RBI many don't deal with clients directly,they get agreement with xyz company to deal with accounting,app and customer care to whom u can rarely talk about issue as only few or single option and fully automated,now game begins with second company in form of app online ,many fraud online app specially giving small loans from 1000 rs to 25 thound rs.
