scammer calls to give scholarship

here, it happend on last Saturday a man claiming himself a government agent called me and was telling like I had received ₹38,500 as scholarship and was like telling a random school gave me and he was like asking my upi app number and wanted to see my bank balance etc so i showed a zero balance accounts which I don't use in my upi app he was like you have zero balance and started to claim that serer is down money will be transferred again I know he was a scammer when he said government of India has given me a scholarship 😂 actually I'm a non Indian recident I don't even have any bank account and i didn't even studied in India and he was like my last studied school gave me a scholarship so Beawar if some one call and says you got a scholarship and something if they ask you to turn on the camera never do it
