  It's fake, and I'll explain why. DHL operates regionally, meaning if you're buying something here in Chile, DHL Chile would be the one to contact you if needed. Not via WhatsApp, but through email. Also, Falabella is so inexperienced that they wouldn't even dream of hiring DHL "Express" to handle their e-commerce service; they have three full distribution centers that deliver to multiple small transport companies for delivery in the Metropolitan Region and other regions. In summary, the only way DHL Germany would contact you via WhatsApp is if their HR department was reaching out to you for a job, and it would be in English or German.
