I saw a post on TikTok, they call themselves smart_prom (they probably have several similar profiles). They say they give you a 60% discount on the debt you might have with Smarfit. In my case, they made me pay 80 soles for a QR code. When I asked them for a reference number, they told me they work with QR codes and that the debt would no longer appear within 72 hours. They even accessed my Smarfit account to validate the debt and changed the associated payment card. Time passed and the debt was still there. I decided to write to them and they blocked me on all social networks because I started reporting them. Clearly, it's a lesson not to trust, and I lost my money :(vi una publicación en tik tok, se hacen llamar smart_prom (tendrán varios perfiles semejantes), según te dan un dscto del 60% de la deuda que puedas tener con smarfit, en mi caso me hicieron pagar 80 soles por un QR, cuando les pedí un # me dicen que trabajan por QR y que en 72h ya no figuraría la deuda, incluso ingresaron a mi cuenta de smarfit para validar la deuda y realizaron el cambio de la tarjeta de pago asociada. Paso el tiempo y seguía la deuda, decidí escribirlos y me bloquearon de toda red sociales, porque empecé a reportarlos. Claramente es una lección para no confiar, y perdí mi dinero :(
