smartphones scans

I wanted to buy smartphones from a different sites.my budget was very little and searching a old model phone which was launch 4years back.so i contacted the guy and his name is saurav Mukherjee .I told him can you have realme gt 6 ??.He told me yah and gave him a stock reply what is the price of the phone??.they told me 14000.It is salted smartphone.i told him ok .send my address.he note down my address and charged me 150rupess for booking and gst cost extra 140 rs.i gave him on upi id no.then 7days later he called me you need to send extra 700 hundred money for despatch your phone on next day.at that time I was so worried to send him again 700 rs.he told me do not worry and you will get phone on next day .so I gave him the money again.but yet my phone is not coming my address.what can I do?? plz guys reply me.
