Someone is spoofing my Number for Spams

Today I got call from some village guy and he said I messaged them but I checked it and I haven't messages them anywhere. My Whatsapp, Telegram are all logged into my phone only. Then I searched on the internet and found that scammers can use any number they want using caller id spoofing software. I don't know where to report this, but I have fear that my number will be marked spam by people. is there anything I can do to stop this ?
