Scammer Details: Name: Praveen Kumar Telegram: @Praveen10kumar UPI ID: [UPI] Status: ACTIVE SCAMMER Praveen Kumar (@Praveen10kumar) is a scammer on Telegram who pretends to sell government exam courses like UPSC, SSC,etc at cheap prices. He sells courses that cost ₹2,000-25,000 for just ₹300-500. Students get excited and pay through his UPI ID: [UPI]. The moment you send the money, he blocks you. You get no course, no refund, nothing. He's currently active and stealing from poor students who are preparing for competitive exams. Do not pay him. If he contacts you, block and report him on Telegram immediately. Buy courses only from official websites. If you've already been scammed, file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.
