They use my number to scam

When i change my number to a long lost friend, i tried to miss call her so she can save my number, it turn out that my number has been auto blocked as i have 11 reports registered my number as Scammer. No wonder sometimes i want to call my mother it can't go thru. But sometimes it goes well. can anybody teach me how to do this? i am afraid after this i am calling someone for emergency and it comes out as Scammer.
