  you can just ignore them but don't cut or pick up their calls bcuz they'll disturb you more cuz they'll know you are responding and available all the time..so best you just wait and do nothing..

  just answer a call and just say if you are not going to stop the calls I will file an complaint you. it always works

  true caller doesnt *** stops them, i had to manually block them.
