visiting card rental property fraud

I was looking for a rental flat on 99acres, where a person named Aloke contacted me and shared the details of his property via WhatsApp. He then asked me to pay 2,000 for a visiting card, claiming that the amount would be refundable if I did not like the property. After I made the payment, he asked me to pay an additional ₹9,059 as entry charges before visiting the property, of which ₹9,000 was supposedly refundable. At this point, I became suspicious and realised that it could be a scam, so I refused to make any further payment. I requested a refund of the initial Rs 2,000, but he has still not returned my money. I believe this may be a rental fraud, and I request that the matter be investigated and my money refunded. Please take appropriate action to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams
