I'm just minding my business one day when my phone rings from this random number. I didn't end up answering it since I didn't have my phone on me. I get a message a few hours later asking about people I don't know, and I write it off as a scam. A week later (today), I was getting stuff done when the guy texts me back, asking if I'm home. I'm worried on if this is an actual scammer or just someone who got the number wrong. There is also a separate account for this number. What do I do?

Try to stay calm don't talk to individual what ever you do .when he/she sees that you are not interested in talking to them they are gonna get tired of bothering you. don't give these scammers what they want and that is a conversation..You don't know them,they are strangers with bad intentions. they want a conversation with you what you do don't give them no conversation. Try to put an app on your phone that is gonna block the scammers app if you can or call your cell phone provider would be your next option they can help...

You should ignore the unknown individual. if you don't know him don't give him no information as you are home or not. Try to block 🚫 that number and don't talk to him. If that number is not in your contacts don't answer the telephone and don't give that guy no information never ever that is something that is no required and by all means don't give the scammer no personal information and stop answering your phone if you don't know who it is..

Never answer numbers that are not in your phone book on your phone. That's why I chose to download the app. Troop caller, it blocks all calls and messages unless they're in my phone book.

if nothing rings the bell and it does not look familiar to you or sounds familiar to you.. more than likely it's a scam, don't answer it just block it and do not give any personal info.
