WhatsApp scammed

I was scammed on WhatsApp. I contacted them to exchange my account with another account. They asked me to pay ₹1,000, and before making the payment I clearly told them not to scam me. They promised they wouldn't, but after I sent the money, they took my account and never gave me the account they promised. Later, my phone suddenly reset and I lost all my data, so I only have their phone numbers now. There were two admins involved, and I have both of their phone numbers along with the payment proof. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and help me recover my loss.
