World of Jarvis" (Jarvis and Company) Job Fraud Exposed

This company operates a widespread online financial fraud network targeting job seekers under the pretext of providing Work-from-Home (WFH) and remote employment opportunities. Their entire business model and operational framework are completely fraudulent. 1. How the Scam Begins (Modus Operandi) • Fake Job Postings: The fraudsters post advertisements on social media platforms, Telegram, and job portals offering remote roles like "Data Entry Operator", "e-KYC Verification Agent", or "Digital Workflow Management". • Deceptive Virtual Workspaces: To establish credibility, they lure victims into a Zoom meeting and present a highly sophisticated, simulated dashboard. This interface displays a fake "ICICI Bank Live Support" system showing an artificial earning balance (e.g., ₹21,632) to make victims believe they are performing high-paying digital tasks. • The Stealth Agenda: Under the guise of agent onboarding and background checks, they collect the victim's sensitive identity details, including their PAN Card and Bank Account Number. Behind the scenes, they use this data without the victim's explicit consent to initiate the opening of an investment folio with ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund. 2. The Trap & Extortion Tactics (Trust Building & Coercion) • The Bait Payment: To completely win over the victim's confidence, they proactively credit a nominal amount (such as ₹251) into the victim's bank account, passing it off as a test payout or quick salary advance. • Exploiting QR Codes and OTPs: Immediately after the bait payment, they create artificial urgency via WhatsApp, sending aggressive messages like "Make the payment quickly or the company process will fail." They present a QR code linked to a specialized UPI ID (icicipru.mf@validicici). If the victim gets intimidated, scans the code, enters their UPI PIN, or shares the email verification OTP, their primary bank account gets hard-linked to the mutual fund folio, enabling the fraudsters to set up unauthorized Auto-Debit (E-Mandate) facilities to drain the account. • Aggressive Retaliation: The moment a victim refuses to share the OTP or comply with the payment, the fraudsters unleash an automated harassment campaign. Individuals operating under aliases like 'Yashveer' and 'Raunak Tiwari' launch relentless spammed voice calls, threat texts, and sudden Google Meet video calls from dozens of untraceable temporary numbers to apply extreme psychological pressure.
