wrong item delivered

I had purchased two purses from a website cash on delivery for Rs 850.00 and before sending them I received a WhatsApp message from them asking for order [TXN_ID], so I confirmed the order, and when the delivery came, it contained two small purses. Which would hardly be worth 100-150 rupees. Now he's not even replying to WhatsApp messages. So I suggest that in future, do not shop from any website given on Facebook, Instagram, do it only from authenticated app or website.
