Zepto Dual Delivery Misleading App Scam

bought two products from zepto, since they were gonna come from two different warehouses they told me that one order will be delivered in 8 mins and other in 20 mins( as the app showed) but later as soon as I ordered, it changed into same time(20 mins). that is I was misleaded and since it was an emergency order I had to order the same product from blinkit back again 🥀. Such misleading app behavior is not appreciated. I talked with the consumer support as soon as I placed the order firstly the ai bot wasted time then when I was finally connected to a support person no help was provided . they did offer me a coupon but it was useless, I had to spend 600 something for 3 perfumes of the man company as per the coupon. bruh.
