Friday, 7:00 PM, a guy calls me and says he accidentally transferred 39,000 to my card... I check, and the money really arrived. The guy calls again - return the money, I transferred it by mistake! I call Sberbank and explain the situation. They told me they would look into it. Someone from Sberbank calls and says, "Yes, there is such a transfer, return the money to him..." I reply, "The money is not mine, I have no relation to it, and if you want, you can withdraw it from my account yourself and return it." They thought about it for a long time and... returned it. WHAT THAT WAS - I DON'T KNOW, BUT I DID NOT TRANSFER IT MYSELF.Пятница, 19.00 мне звонит чел и говорит, что перевел мне на карту 39000 случайно... Смотрю, действительно пришли деньги. Чел снова звонит- верни деньги я случайно перевёл! Я звоню в Сбер и рассказываю ситуацию. Мне сказали, что разберутся. Звонят из Сбера и говорят,- ДА ЕСТЬ ТАКОЙ ШЛЁЦИК, ВЕРНИТЕ ЕМУ ДЕНЬГИ... Я ОТВЕЧАЮ, ДЕНЬГИ НЕ МОИ , К НИМ ОТНОШЕНИЯ НЕ ИМЕЮ И ЕСЛИ ХОТИТЕ САМИ ИХ С МОЕГО СЧЁТА СНИМИТЕ И ВЕРНИТЕ. Там долго думали и ... вернули. ЧТО ЭТО БЫЛО - МНЕ НЕ ВЕДОМО, НО САМ Я ПЕРЕВОДИТЬ НЕ СТАЛ.

I would have told such a guy to go away, to catch butterflies 🤣 he would have been to blame himself for being such an Alyosha 😂 it would have been a valuable but costly lesson for him in the future. In general, banks usually do not refund money transferred to other individuals, as this is considered a voluntary transfer. So it's right that they didn't transfer it themselves, these could be fraudulent schemes.

The bank does not have the right to transfer funds from your account that were incorrectly received or sent.
