My wife ordered a visa, but it never arrived in her mailbox. Someone called her, supposedly from a mail sorting point, and said she needed to give them a code. Then they told her the delivery costs one shekel and that she needed to confirm the transaction. My wife hung up, and the visa was canceled. The phone numbers they called from are two numbers, one Russian and one Hebrew: 0538610789, 0538610792.
