Credit card fraud

I received a call from a private number claiming to work at an Israeli bank. He wanted to get my card information to verify that the card's expiration date was valid. After he took the long number and the expiration date, he wanted the three or four digits used to pay for all purchases. I remembered that the bank only needs the first two digits, not this number. Therefore, I concluded that the person talking to me was a scammer. I ended the call and tried to report it, but since it was a private number, I couldn't even block it. I completely turned off the phone and handed it over to the police. They said he was a scammer from India and was using a voice changer app to translate his speech. 🤧 This is unbelievable.
