Fraud with your personal information

Someone called me and asked for my personal information. He asked if my wallet had money, I said yes, 250. He said I need to add 5300 to receive a grant from a telecommunications company amounting to 3100. I added the amount, and after adding, the call ended and messages were received saying 5300 was received and 5500 was transferred. I called him back but his phone was switched off.
