Fraud and scam

I was trying to call a certain number but accidentally called it, and he started saying there is a fully free scholarship and tried to stall and delay until he got the wallet number. It had 4000 Egyptian pounds, and he kept calling so much that as soon as I told him I had no balance, he transferred balance to continue his game, pretending to be a company client. What made me believe him was the amount of balance he transferred, but of course, it wasn't as much as the money he took. After he took it, he refused to answer any calls.
